Day 29 - 32: June 14 - June 17 No, I wasn't slacking.
Due to technical errors on my part, days 29 - 32 have been accidentally deleted. It's really unfortunate, but I have compiled a list of things that have happened in the meanwhile:
- For the first time, I stopped jumping rope because I was tired instead of because I messed up
- High volume squat days became the bane of my existence
- Sometimes you just have an off day
- Eased back into things, no need to rush and risk an injury
- Congrats to the Warriors
- Sometimes I get a little TOO comfortable being alone in the gym
