Day 42: June 27
Well that deadlift PR yesterday definitely took its toll on me today. I haven't deadlifted in a while and the DOMS are all too serious.
I woke up with an extremely sore back and quickly made friends with my foam roller.
I spent about 20 minutes rolling all through the sore spots and knots and feel a metric ton better. My foam roller usually stays in my office, but I'm keeping it besides me all day.
