Day 2 (46): July 1
Got into the gym at 3 AM after 4.5 Hours of sleep. Strength trained for an hour. Broke a PR on dips +80 pounds for 3 reps.
Will be going back to the gym tonight for a 3 mile run. Will probably be running a 5k.
Did not run the 3 miles as prescribed. Ran 2.5 miles instead and felt exhausted afterwards. Probably due to my lack of proper sleep and trying a 2-a-day approach. Ate an entire large cheese pizza and went to sleep immediately after. Will need to improve in the future in my approach.
