Day 4 (48): June 3
Today was a scheduled rest day which meant that I was going to go lift at the gym. I got into the gym around 3 AM and had possibly the chillest workout session ever. It was very relaxing and calming - almost therapeutic in a sense. Endorphins rushed in around 4 AM when I went to Wawa to grab a snack before my 16+ hour fast. Felt pretty good!
