Day 3 (47): June 2
Scheduled to run a 3 mile race, so I planned for a 5k. Once again, right around 2.5 miles in, I started getting serious cramps. I'm not sure why it is happening, but it is very unpleasant. Ran the 5k in 24:55, which is just about 8 min/mile. I can do better, but every run isn't going to be a PB.
